I needed a water softener repair and Blake was very communitive and quick to come take care of the issue. He identified the problem and offered a budget friendly solution for the fix. I had another company come out prior to him and they suggested I replace the 1 yr old unit. Blake got it working again flawlessly without replacement. Would highly recommend!

I can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful it was to work with Blake at State 48 Water Systems!! He was prompt with responses, answered all my questions, showed up when he said he would and cleaned up before he left like he wasn’t even here! Then sent gourmet cookies an hour after he finished!!!! Who does that?!!! I do allot of dishes here, there are 6 of us in my home, and for the first time I didn’t have to immediately put lotion on afterwards! My hands were so soft! What a stand up guy and company! I wish all companies had his standards and work ethics!!
