How it works
The salt-free conditioner uses template-assisted crystallization (TAC) media to convert dissolved calcium and magnesium into stable micro-crystals. These crystals cannot attach to pipe walls, fixtures, or appliance components, so scale simply does not form. The minerals remain in your water but behave differently.
The system also includes extensive multi-stage filtration, KDF bacteriostatic protection, activated carbon for chlorine and chemical reduction, pH balancing media, and quartz under-bedding for consistent flow. The Clack WS1 control valve manages the system automatically.
Because there is no salt and no chemical regeneration, the salt-free system is one of the most environmentally low-impact water treatment options available, with no drain line, electricity, or backwash cycle required.
